Spray-in-Place Pipeline (SIPP) Rehabilitation

CIPP is the most widely used rehabilitation method for extending the life of municipal pipes. SIPP (Spray-in-Place Pipeline) rehabilitation technology is emerging as a trenchless and efficient solution that can be structurally enhanced to provide a robotically applied composite lining system. SIPP can be applied inside pipes ranging from 50mm to 1800mm in diameter, both vertical and horizontal. SIPP technology uses a robotic spray application rig to apply an internal 100% solids epoxy or geopolymer pipe lining in-situ. Brushed-in-Place-Pipeline (BIPP) as well as airborne distribution of epoxy liners and bonded barrier coatings will be part of this review of sewer and water rehab technologies that comply with current ASTM standards. Location: Mississauga Grand, 35 Brunel Rd. Mississauga.
